As a personal trainer in my home town, I had to assess my customers' bodily strengths and weaknesses in order to create customized workout plans while also providing physical and mental guidance and monitor their progress on a regular basis.
My biggest responsibility was to make sure that all of my clients were safe while using the machines and doing certain exercises correctly and effectively . My main aim has always been to inspire and support everyone I've coached, helping them gain confidence and achieve their goals, all while encouraging a healthy way of living.
